Games pass and games with gold games show seperately are those types of games the ones missing

It also happens to me, but you just have to search the game you don't found in Microsoft store. It will show there your owned game.

Thing is I'm looking to play older games that I've purchased, but if they dont show how am I going to know? I've had the same account for over 10 years.. cant remember every one

Your games with gold and the games which you purchased are now separated, each one in it's folder.

Im having that problem right now. I just got internet back since we've been in quarantine and i go into mu full library because i wanted to re-install GTA V and play some online, and its not even there!!! And so i go to the store to see if i can install it from there, but now its asking me in purchase it all again! And i still have the game pinned to home, if i ho to that, it brings me to the store to buy it again. I don't want to have to purchase a game i've had for over a year. Ive tried power cycling, unplugging, reconnecting to my internet, removing my account and adding it back onto my xbox, nothing works! Please help!!

I know whats happened and it stupid. All old gen games from 360 and Original Xbox dont show anymore, and can only be found in store. And any games that you do own, if they are in Games Pass, games with Gold or EA access they dont show in your library only the library applicable to them. I had over 100 games in my library before a load of them being 360 titles. But no theyre gone, and some Xbox one games that i own dont show because theyre on the games pass. It waiting for xbox to fix the issue.

Did you get this sorted? I am having the same problem. I game share with my son but games i'm installing aren't showing up in the full library so he can't install and play them.

Hello PreBredKonvict,
Thanks for reaching out, by any chance do you have any external drives connected to the console and if so do any of them draw power from the console or have there own cords to connect to the power directly? From what I have read, it seems that multiple Hard Reset fixes the issue, however the account that has the game purchased on them are still there and intact. The OS on the console seems to be having some trouble pulling that info.
In order to perform a Hard Reset and removing and re-adding your account to your Xbox, take a look at MoeZArts comment above as they provide the exact steps.
